By using JUS3 LTD’s services (the “Services”), including dashboards, analytics, or APIs, you agree to these Terms. You also agree to comply with Amazon’s SP-API Developer Agreement, Data Protection Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
You must be an authorized Amazon seller or entity with rights to link a seller account. Services are for business / seller use only—not personal or household use.
You grant us permission to access Amazon data via SP-API under the roles you approve. You are responsible for maintaining credentials and preventing unauthorized access. You may revoke SP-API access at any time.
We use data to provide dashboards, forecasts, reports, and alerts. You may not use our Services to aggregate or expose multiple sellers’ data without proper authorization or violate Amazon policies.
Our pricing plans (e.g. “Starter”, “Business”) are published. By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms. We may update pricing with notice; continued use means acceptance.
We implement encryption (in transit and at rest), access controls, logging, and incident response in alignment with Amazon’s Data Protection Policy. Amazon PII is retained only as needed and deleted or anonymized thereafter.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, Amazon policies, or the law. You may terminate by ceasing use and requesting data deletion.
Services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages, business losses, or decisions made from analytics. Our liability is capped to amounts paid in the prior 12 months.
These Terms are governed by applicable law in [your jurisdiction]. Disputes will be resolved in courts of that jurisdiction unless overridden by Amazon’s policies.
We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use implies acceptance.
